Another working meeting was held on the implementation of the “Back to Our Common Roots” project within the framework of the UIC Romania-Ukraine Cross Border Cooperation Program 2014-2020.

The participants at the meeting discussed the creation of a roadmap to implement the infrastructure component of the project, namely the creation of the Museum of Arms in Potocki Palace and the details of carrying out the construction work for Potocki Palace; which is a cultural heritage site and is a monument of local architecture.

The investment policy department is involved in the support and provides advisory assistance in the implementation of this project.

The aim of this project is to increase competitiveness at the border of the European Union in the cities of Botosani and Ivano-Frankivsk on the principles of cooperation and good neighborliness through joint tourist capitalization of multicultural heritage until 2024.
