Starting online conference of the project “STEM education in vocational schools and specialized schools”

As part of the project “STEM education in vocational schools and specialized schools” starting online conference was held.

The project is implemented in international collaboration by the Center for Municipal and Regional Development – Resource Center, the Department of Economic and Integration Development, the Municipality of Sighetu Marmatiei (Romania) and the City of Seini (Romania).

The purpose of the project: to increase the competitiveness of students of vocational schools and colleges of Ivano-Frankivsk, the municipalities of Sighetu Marmatiei and Sejny in the labor market by introducing STEM-education approaches into the educational process.

During his speech, Mayor Ruslan Martsinkov noted that this project is of great importance for the city, because thanks to grant funds it is possible to purchase the necessary equipment for professional educational institutions of the city of Ivano-Frankivsk.

The project “STEM education in vocational schools and specialized schools” is funded by the European Union through the European Neighborhood Instrument and co-financed by the countries participating in the Program.
