After a series of meetings with stakeholders, studying the needs and problems of the area, we were able to develop a strategic https: //issuu.com /…/ urbfordan_strategic_part-of-immp … and operational https://issuu.com/…/operational -plan-of-immp-coif-final … part of the Integrated Multifunctional Management Plan for the city forest on Vovchynets Hill, as well as to create sketches for the arrangement of recreational areas on Vovchynets Hill.
The proposed solutions are aimed at solving current challenges related to sustainable management of natural heritage in Ivano-Frankivsk.
The project «Management and Utilization of Urban Forests as Natural Heritage in Danube Cities ” is being implemented within the Danube Transnational Program funded by the EU funds (ERDF, IPA, ENI). The responsible partner for implementing the project activities in Ivano-Frankivsk is the Investment Policy Department of the Executive Committee of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council.
