As part of the project “Back to our common roots”, a long-awaited meeting with stakeholders took place. Representatives of local self-government bodies, public organizations and the Museum of Local Lore, PIK Palace, cultural institutions, IT specialists, tourism experts, community members, and artists were invited to the event.
The main goal of the project “Back to our common roots” is to increase competitiveness at the border of the European Union in the area of ​​Ivano-Frankivsk and Botosani (Romania) by capitalizing on cultural heritage.
The project will create two new cross-border tourism products:
Multimedia Museum of Cultural Diversity in Botosani and “Museum of Weapons” in Ivano-Frankivsk.
The project is funded by the European Union through the European Neighborhood Instrument and co-financed by the countries participating in the Program.
